                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1074 HARDY
                   TRAIL, BEING ON THE WEST LINE OF HARDY TRAIL
                   SOUTH OF CRAVENS TERRACE, FROM TEMPORARY R-1 TO
                   R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
        
                A tract of land located at 1074 Hardy Trail, being
                on the west line of Hardy Trail south of Cravens
                Terrace.  An unplatted tract, being the Robert S.
                Williams annexation area as described in
                Chattanooga City Ordinance No. 10271.  Tax Map No.
                155I-A-3.
               
         from Temporary R-1 Residential Zone to R-1 Residential Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
